Accredited early education

At Fairfield Kids, we have innovative programs based on nourishing your
children’s interests, knowledge and wellbeing. Our programs emphasise on
developing the absolute potential for every child taking into account their own
unique personalities and stage of development. We strongly believe that early
childhood learning is fundamental in encouraging positive attitudes towards
learning. We aim to create an environment that enhances healthy choices,
community values and proactive learning.
At Fairfield kids we also encourage children to be environmentally responsible
as our curriculum is actively designed to engage children to become
environmentally responsible in contributing to a sustainable future. Using
senses to explore natural environments and accessing natural features of our
service such as edible garden beds, rainwater tanks and our very own
chicken shed, set the platform for children and educators to learn and explore
sustainable practices.

School Readiness Program:

At Fairfield Kids we encourage positive transitions from Early Learning to the
School Environment. Our educators deliver tailored concepts through
teachable lessons in line with The Early Years Learning Framework and the
NSW Early Stage One Australian Syllabus. Our designed learning framework
actively prepares children for a school environment on a daily basis.
Pre-school children will be provided with a school readiness program in
preparation for “big school” delivered by a Early childhood educator.

Community and inclusion programs

At Fairfield Kids, we wholeheartedly believe that it is a privilege to play a role
in children’s education and care. We’re committed to giving every child the brightest possible start. It’s a commitment we make to each and every child
we care for – but also one we make to families, educators and the community.
Together, we strive to make Fairfield Kids a place that’s safe, supportive and
inclusive; where diversity is celebrated and children are encouraged to reach
their potential.
We encourage families and the wider community to be a part of our family and
daily program through regular center events, family involvements, continuous
community support, educational talks and visits from local community
organisations, ensuring education and development experiences are
immersed into daily practice. Families and communities continuously play a
major role in our daily program as educator source great information to be
embedded into the best practice of our programs.
